Rod and Custom Car Club of Victoria B.C.

‘Hot Rodding Through The Centuries’

Century Toppers Rod & Custom Car Club of Victoria B.C. was established in the spring of 1957 by a group of 16-17 year old car enthusiasts. Model A's, '40 Fords, '40 Mercs, '40 Chev's, etc. were a dime a dozen. Nearly every kid had or had access to an old car to tinker with.

2010 "Hot Cars at the Ridge"

SUNDAY AUGUST 22ND

For the second year Victoria's oldest hot rod club the Century Toppers is please to announce we are hosting Victoria's ONLY car show with INDOOR show space!  Equally exciting news is that we are expanding the show to include North American built MOTORCYCLES and space for commercial exhibitors.

The 2010 "Hot Cars at the Ridge" show is SUNDAY AUGUST 22ND at Eagle Ridge Community Centre (Arena) and is open to all NORTH AMERICAN  built cars, trucks and motorcycles built prior to 1980.  Last year we had over 150 vehicles and we expect 200 plus this year. To further enhance the show we are offering door prizes as well as dash plaques for those who are entered.  Several awards will be given out for the vehicles: Toppers Choice, People's Choice, & Participant's choice.  The purpose of this show is to celebrate the joy of vintage and collectible vehicles AND raise money for Prostate Cancer Research.  A portion of the proceeds will be given to the Prostate Cancer Center for Research and there will be a collection by donation for those viewing the indoor show.

The cost for the vehicles to be in the show is $15 for an outdoor space, $20 for indoors and $15 for motorcycles.  Registration can be in advance with chqs made payable to Century toppers  c/o P.O. Box 31010 #314 - 3980 Shelbourne St Victoria BC V8N 6J1 or AT THE DOOR.  Registration for the show begins at 8 am and the show is open to the public at 9am, running until 3pm.
